HYDRO 2016 Information for Exhibitors
This Website is for the IFHS Hydro conference 2016. The next conference will take place 30 October – 02 November 2018 in Sidney, Australia. Please see www.hydro18.ahs.asn.au for details.
The exhibition has been fully booked with 50 exhibitors.

Exhibitors get ONE full delegate registration (principal exhibitor) within their stand fee. Additional stand personnel must register as full delegate (reduced fee for up to TWO tickets per exhibitor available). For visitors there will be "Exhibition Only" day tickets available (no access to conference, user workshops and social events).Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 9, 13:30–18:00) access to the exhibition will be FREE of charge.
Renting of additional furniture
All booths have white walls (back and side), open front with fascia and are equipped with:
- one table (80cm x 80cm)
- two chairs
- one electrical socket
- one light
Exhibitors may rent additional furniture directly from our contractor by October 10, 2016:
Delivery and Collection of Exhibition Materials
Due to restrictions at the conference venue it is not possible to send exhibition materials directly to the conference centre prior to the event nor to have courier services collecting items after exhibition break down.
There is an official freight contractor that is allowed to handle all freight on site. Please send all your goods for the HYDRO 2016 exhibition following the instructions below. You will revceive the packages directly at your stand on Monday, 7th November, 15:00. Items for return will be collected after exhibition breakdown at the same place.
Please ensure that all your exhibits and promotion material is adequately insured.
Exhibition Build-Up and Breakdown
Exhibitors take over their booths on Monday, 7th November, 15:00. Everything should be ready for final cleaning by 18:00. Stand breakdown starts Thursday, 10th November, 15:00. Exhibitors have to leave 16:00.

The logo must not be used for commercial or marketing purposes in such a way that the German Hydrographic Society, HYDRO 2016 or the International Federation of Hydrographic Societies might be seen to be endorsing a particular organisation, individual, product or service.
